She built Imagine Social as an agency where strategy, content, and real-world experimentation live in the same room, built around how people actually search, decide, and share. She helped pioneer one of NBC's first digital strategies, ran the launch and daily operations of Gannett's first digital-first properties, and led national rebrands and digital transformations for well-known brands.
After decades helping business owners stay ahead of social media and digital marketing, Michele is now trailblazing in AI. In recent years, she has helped small business owners, realtors, insurance agents, coaches, e-commerce brands, and others not just integrate AI, but use it correctly.
In our AI Team Training sessions Michele transitions teams from copy-pasted prompts to operating with real brand standards, governance, and custom AI tools built for their business.
Michele recently developed the Voice Forensics™ methodology, which extracts how a person or brand actually communicates and encodes those mechanics so AI can replicate them at scale.
